I have found [her] to be responsive, co-operative and helpful. She has always been able to help solve our issues in a timely manner with friendly and professional service.
The support is especially impressive [at Lynx]. When we have an issue, we email a brief description & typically get an email response, same day. Often, if we can clearly document our situation in the email, a solution is presented right then & there; but if that doesn't fix the problem your staff are very courteous about connecting & walking us through step-by-step. Another thing that I'm not used to is that your staff seems genuinely concerned about solving the long-term issue as well as a quick fix, often following up the next day.

We are currently 6 months into our conversion plan and we continue to build a strong partnership with [Lynx Systems] mainly as a result of their knowledgeable team, their quick response time to our issues and the accessibility to a number of support personnel across the country to assist with technical and system support.
The Re-Engineering that you suggested has also been of amazing value. [The consultant], who came out to evaluate our situation, not only brought with him a great deal of knowledge, but was attentive & pointed out to us so many things that we didn't even realize were a problem.
Since Implementation, HPA has contracted with Lynx each year to provide software support for the MRI system. HPA has also acquired several Lynx developed modules for MRI and has contracted with Lynx to develop a number of custom modules aimed at better integrating the HPA's real estate, cruise ship, and cargo lines of business.
The consultants [Lynx Systems] came in, took the information from the existing database, and did an entire electronic conversion from our existing system. The process was 99% successful and relatively painless.
With the help of our consultants [Lynx Systems], we were able to combine the Corporate Accounts Receivable and Commercial Accounts Receivable modules to create the kind of billing system we needed to streamline our billing processes. We greatly appreciate a company who is willing to partner with us on the product development side.
At the end of the day, we were successful because we migrated to the right system with quality information on budget and we could not have done it without Lynx Systems.
